Our Gotcha Day is Tentative for December 29th!!! THIS MONTH!!!!

They are pushing for it! YEA! YIPPEE!!! Here we come, Garrett!!! Van had his conference call tonight with Kathy from Small World. Looks like there are eight other families in this group traveling to China, and that the agency is shooting for Gotcha Day to be on the 29th of this month!!! We are so excited!!! They say Van might leave the day after Christmas. Merry Christmas to us all!!!! Oh Holy Night!!! Glory to God in the Highest!!! What a GREAT Christmas blessing this is for us. Just had to share with everyone. Hopefully, we will know the exact dates soon. I am excited, scared, anxious, and so many other things right now. You would never believe the organizing I have accomplished this week! I cannot sit still. I still have so much to do though! I guess I am "nesting" in preparation for Garrett to come home. I feel like the house is full of clutter, and I should get rid of so many things. Stay tuned for more later when I can see...LOL...It is late and I am so tired. I just cannot believe that Garrett is coming home!!!! I am also getting very sad that I am not traveling with Van to China. So many thoughts are running through my head. I want to go too!!! I want Gracie to go with us. She has so many questions now about China. I wish she would have the opportunity to see her birth country, and to meet her brother IN China and not at the airport. I think it would bring some peace to her heart. Wow! The conversations we have had lately about her adoption! You would never believe what a four year old can come up with. I believe this is all tied into Garrett coming home. It has made it more real for her. Ok, I need to just stop typing, and go to bed. More later...
